MU researcher tackling hidden hunger with a sizeable award from National Science Foundation (LISTEN)

The National Science Foundation has awarded a University of Missouri researcher over $500,000 to address hidden hunger. Over 2 billion people suffer from it, a type of malnutrition where people lack essential micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals.
